Handcrafted by legendary craftsman Jean Dubost using time-honored techniques, each knife is made of gleaming stainless steel and sports the iconic bumble bee emblem. Patterned after the revolutionary concept of the CheeseClock™, we've custom designed these knives so each handle is the color of the corresponding cheese type on the CheeseClock. Included are 4 knives crafted for different cheeses - mild to strong, soft to hard.
The cheese knives come in an elegant hardwood case embossed with the Artisanal logo.
