- Telephone orders can be placed Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, by calling us toll-free at (877) 797-1200 or directly at (212) 239-1200.

Note: All prices and shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Catalog prices do not reflect the cost of delivery. Sales taxes will automatically be added to any applicable purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Manhattan NYC Customers: Use code "SHIPNYC" for FREE hand delivery.
We require 24 hours to receive and process orders, as we cut, wrap, pack and ship directly from our caves to your front door.
During December and other peak periods, we may require several days to process and deliver your order, and will inform you of any unusual delays.
Due to seasonal availability and supply limitations, we may need to substitute items within one of our gift selections to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always compose your gift with alternative ingredients of equal or greater quality and value.
Due to our product's perishability, all orders to arrive overnight with Signature Release.
- We cannot ship on Saturday or Sunday.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- We cannot ship internationally due to import/export restrictions.
Shipments to Puerto Rico incur additional charges.
- Future ship dates will not apply to Cheese of the Month purchases or class enrollment!
Artisanal Premium Cheese will not assume responsibility for any incorrect
addresses provided; delivery, return and re-delivery charges will apply. We
strongly recommend you confirm that the recipient or other responsible
party will be available to receive, open and properly store you order. We
are unable to replace cheeses that perish due to recipient's being unavailability
at the time of delivery. Furthermore, please note that our boxes are clearly
marked "perishable" on the outside and we are not responsible for the items
received but not opened. Please inspect all packages upon receipt and notify Customer Services within 24 hours with any problems. Credit will not be
granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or consumed.
