
Green Hill is a camembert style of farmstead cheese from Georgia’s Sweet Grass Dairy. Jeremy and Jessica bought the farm in 2005 and have been crafting superior cheeses ever since. Green Hill is made with the pasteurized milk of their own herd of pampered cows—cows that spend almost all of the year on pasture. The cheese has a semi-soft texture, and edible rind, a pleasing fresh milk aroma, and a little mushroom flavor in the finish.
