Maggie’s Round is a pressed cow milk cheese from Massachusetts’ Cricket Creek Farms, situated on the site of one of the oldest dairy farms in the region. The Swiss Brown cows supply superior milk from this land that goes into producing a firm cheese with a sweet, nutty, and herbal aroma and flavor.
