Merry Goat Round is a young pasteurized bloomy rind goat cheese from western Maryland’s Firefly Farms. The goat milk used to produce this award-winning cheese is sourced from four neighboring Amish farms. The Merry Goat Round has the aroma and flavor of fresh goat milk from three weeks of aging all the way of up two months when the paste softens. Younger and drier or more aged and softer, this cheese has a delightful clean goat milk flavor throughout.
