This cow's milk cheese comes to us from the Sprout Creek Farm in Dutchess County, New York. Sprout Creek's cows are raised and fed on the grass of the 200 acre farm. Ouray is similar to Sprout Creek's Toussaint in texture but has a fresh, buttery flavor and is best eaten without crackers or bread. Enjoy it with a glass of Pinot Noir.
