About Classes at the Artisanal Cheese Center

Explore the world of Artisanal's hand-crafted cheeses in an engaging, exciting, and fun tasting experience. In our classes, you will expand your knowledge of cheese types, textures, and cheese presentation.

Artisanal's instructors wil show you how to incorporate ease and elegance into your home entertaining. Enjoy pairing cheese and wine and other exciting beverages in classes on cheese and champagne, cheese and cognac, beer, brandy, bourbon, and sake too.

Our Location

All classes are held at the Artisanal Premium Cheese Center, located at 500 West 37th Street, on the second floor. The entrance is on 10th Avenue, in the Affinia Hospitality Building.

Cheese Classes and Tastings

Our Class Format

Each tasting class lasts approximately 90 minutes and is preceded by our NEW 30 minute Artisanal Welcome Reception featuring sparkling wine, fondue, gougeres hors d'oeuvres & more! Come mingle, relax and enjoy the ease and elegance of Artisanal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to class time. If at least 24 hours notice is given, a credit will be issued towards a future class. Any cancellations within 24 hours of class time are nonrefundable.

For the Master Class, cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the first day of class are fully refundable. Within 14 days, you will be held responsible for 25% of the total fee. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the first class are nonrefundable.

Our cheese classes are led by our internationally-renowned cheese experts and fromagers and a cavalcade of special guest instructors from the cheese world and beyond.
