This intensive, three day seminar, is specially-designed for the cheese-lover and the industry professional. The Artisanal Premium Cheese Master Class covers the entire world of cheese, from milk types to cheesemaking, affinage to appreciation, placing an emphasis on selection, proper storage and care, service and handling, the nutritive values, as well as the aesthetics and wine pairings of cheeses for the enthusiast and foodservice professional alike.

Our Location

All classes are held at the Artisanal Premium Cheese Center, located at 500 West 37th Street, on the second floor. The entrance is on 10th Avenue.

Our Class Format

Each tasting class lasts approximately 90 minutes and is preceded by our NEW 30 minute Artisanal Welcome Reception featuring sparkling wine, fondue, gougeres hors d'oeuvres & more! Come mingle, relax and enjoy the ease and elegance of Artisanal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to class time. If at least 24 hours notice is given, a credit will be issued towards a future class. Any cancellations within 24 hours of class time are nonrefundable.

For the Master Class, cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the first day of class are fully refundable. Within 14 days, you will be held responsible for 25% of the total fee. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the first class are nonrefundable.
