Stanser Rotelli - Stanser Rotelli is a Swiss washed-rind, reblochon-style cheese produced at the dairy farm of Joseph Bartmettler. This cheese has an assertive flavor and strong aroma. When ripe, Stanser Rotelli is pungent and deliciously runny, even spoonable. |
Vermont Shepherd - Vermont Shepherd, named after its eponymous producer in Putney, Vermont, has a distinctive golden brown rind and rustic shape. In 2000, Vermont Shepherd won a Best of Show at the American Cheese Society competition. This cheese has a smooth texture and a sweet, creamy flavor hinting at the mint, thyme, and clover used in production. |
