Patrick Jones is currently the Head Brewer for Triumph Brewing Co. in New Hope, PA. He began his brewing career immediately following college graduation over 8 years ago and has captivated thirsty customers in cities such as Nashville, Atlanta, Memphis, and Miami. His tenure with Triumph Brewing spans the past 2 and a half years, during which time he turned a fledgling brewpub into a brewing powerhouse winning 5 medals in 3 years at the Great American Beer Festival. He has showcased Triumph beer at beer dinners, beer industry tastings, private functions and even the occasional wine festival. His appetite for all things beer doesn't stop there. A close second to his affection for beer is cheese. In addition to hosting numerous beer and cheese events in NY and PA, Patrick currently writes a beer and cheese column for a publication called the Ale Street News, where he's known as the "Cheesemonger." "Beer is my passion, but with cheese, it's more like lust."
