Sara Hill has been in the cheese business for over 25 years. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park she worked in kitchens around the country for 5 years then began her career in cheese distribution in 1981.
She has worked at 3 Distribution companies, including one as an owner where she developed comprehensive cheese inventories and worked with many specialty retailers to bring their cheese counters to the next level of service and education!
Sara also worked for 2 years as National Sales manager for Carr Valley Cheese-Wisconsin's most awarded cheesemaker, Sid Cook.
Sara is a board member of the American Cheese Society and now serves the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board as Culinary Manager of Cheese Education.
