Sebbie Buhler
Sebbie Buhler has worked with Rogue Ales since 1991 selling and
promoting Rogue's beers throughout the mid-Atlantic. Rogue Ales is based
in Newport, Oregon. Her original role with Rogue emphasized distributor
sales, retail sales support and helping to open new markets. Since 1998,
Sebbie has focused her attentions to the marketing needs of the company,
especially pairing Rogue with food. She has poured Rogue beer at
hundreds of beer dinners and specialist tastings, along with regional
and national festivals. She has also helped support Rogue in on-line
capacities for a decade. Sebbie's expertise even reaches into the realm
of cheese with experience in many beer and cheese paring events. Such
events include the Craft Brewers Conference, Epicurean Palate, James
Beard Foundation, and SOS Taste of the Nation. She has also conducted
educational series with Rogue Creamery and the Epicurean
Connection/FF-SFO. Sebbie is a member of the American Cheese Society,
Women Chefs and Restaurateurs and the James Beard Foundation.
