Sylvia Tirakian, the co-founder of Harvest Song formulates these products using fresh fruits only during the harvest season. There is no pectin or preservatives. The packaging is simple yet elegant. Using a strikingly different color palette all the jar lids are adorned with a handmade, sun-dried earth-toned, rice-paper from Kathmandu, Nepal. Ms. Tirakian drew inspiration from wildflowers of Armenia to create shades of bright fuchsia, deep plums and golden yellows to emphasize the natural connection of the products to the ground from which they harvested.
