A Place to Entertain
Artisanal Premium Cheese Center's beautifully appointed Midtown Manhattan event space offers a sleek, contemporary
setting for any occasion, from cocktail receptions to business meetings, cheese and wine tastings to cooking
demonstrations, and private cheese cave tours. Located just one block from New York's Jacob Javits Convention Center,
our elegant and versatile space can be adapted to create the appropriate tone for any event with our on-premise catering
drawn from the world-renowned cuisine of Chef Terrance Brennan, the creative force behind two beloved Manhattan
restaurants: Picholine and Artisanal Fromagerie and Bistro, and his team of celebrated cheese experts. We incorporate our
passion for cheese into every occasion, giving your guests a unique hands-on exploration of the world's finest artisanal
cheeses and more.

Rental of Our World Class Facility
Our modern event space and kitchen is an ideal setting for a private cooking demonstration and tasting. One of our professional Chefs will take you course by course on an insider's journey from preparation to presentation, right to your table. Treat yourself and your guests to the tricks of the trade while simultaneously indulging in a seasonal tasting course menu.
Our space is also available for rental by outside vendors, such as caterers or photography/video shoots for flat rate day rate.
Our 1400 square foot Event Space & Kitchen features:
- A modern reception area furnished with comfortable chairs and wooden end tables
- An adjoining main room (separated from reception by a wall of vitrine windows) that features a state of the art open kitchen and four windows along the northern wall
- In-house audiovisual set up with two plasma screens and Power Point system
