Our collection includes Laurier, a rich and flavorful round of goat cheese made exclusively for Artisanal Premium Cheese by the cheesemaker Adeline Druart at Vermont Butter and Cheese. Beaufort Chalet d'Alpage is a dense, nutty and incredibly satisfying mountain style cheese from France that is only made from the splendid summer milk of the Tarentaise cow. We also include a French washed-rind cheese called Langres and our Artisanal Crackerthins.

Finally, this 3-cheese collection is paired with Golden Fig Preserves from Harvest Song-chunky and bursting in its own natural syrup with no sugar added. One taster described the Laurier with the Golden Fig preserves as one of the best pairings they had ever tasted.
