Join Artisanal on a journey through the delicacies of Spain and Portugal, featuring some of the region's most exquisite cheeses and renowned wines. This will be a class to remember.

December 7th.Max McCalman welcomes Angelica Intriago, co-owner of Despaņa Brand Foods, to co-teach this special Great Iberian Peninsula class. Angelica will kick things off with tastes of Tortilla, Boquerones (marinated white anchovies) and Manzanilla and Empeltre black table olives, that will be accompanied with refreshing Fino Jerez, Then along with great cheeses and other fine wines from Iberia, this session will include spectacular samplings of many other choice delicacies such as Chorizo, Morcilla, Jamon Iberico de Bellota, Chorizon Cantimpalo, and Croquetas de Bacalao. Don't miss this very special class; it will be an event to remember.
