3. Complete the "Billing Information", "Shipping Information" and "Payment" information and click on "Continue". By clicking on "Continue" you are confirming that you have read the prospectus and that you are relying upon no other oral or written representations other than those set forth in the Prospectus.
4. You will receive an order confirmation number.
5. When your shares have been shipped to you, you will receive a tracking number to allow you to track the shipping status of your purchase.
