The Connoisseur Rewards Program offers four levels of membership to suit our customer's
cheese loving or gift-giving needs.

5% discount on future purchases |
| One Star | Your purchases are more than $500 | 10% discount on future purchases |
| Two Star | Your purchases are more than $750 | 15% discount on future purchases |
| Three Star | Your purchases are more than $1000 |
20% discount on future purchases |
Terms & Conditions:
1. The Connoisseur Rewards Program membership and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Artisanal Premium Cheese who has the sole right, without limitation, to modifyl the Program's rules, rewards and reward levels at any time.
2. After enrolling in the Connoisseur Rewards Program, the member's account will be automatically set up to receive benefits and be eligible to attain the next membership level.
3. Eligibility is determined by purchases made since January 1, 2009.
4. A member's account may be closed at Artisanal Premium Cheese's discretion if there is a period of inactivity of nine months or more. Once an account has been closed, the membership benefits will no longer be available.
