Terms & Conditions:
1. The Rewards Program membership and benefits are offered at the discretion of Artisanal Premium Cheese which has the right to modify the Program's rules, rewards and reward levels at any time.
2 Automatic Enrollment: The member's account will be automatically set up to receive benefits and be eligible to attain the next membership level.
3. A member's account may be closed at Artisanal Premium Cheese's discretion if there is a period of inactivity of twelve months or more. Once an account has been closed, the membership benefits will no longer be available.
4. Order Cheese of the Month, 3, 6 or 12-month, and get automatic membership into the Rewards Program at the Mild level.
5. Automatic Rewards Member discounts do not apply toward orders of Cheese of the Month. |
