How to Select Cheeses! Create a cheese flight with perfect pairings of wine. Start with soft, creamy cheeses and end with blue cheeses. Pick one or two cheeses in each color of the CheeseClock. Anyone will do... and arrange them clockwise starting at the 6 o'clock point on your plate. We offer beverage pairings in each color coded area. |
