New York Road Trip Collection

Wind your way through New York with this collection of delectable cheeses, meats, and honey.  From the Hudson Valley, we have Camembert; from Hurleyville in the Catskill Mountains we have cured meats; continue up to Troy in the Capital District where we pick up our Ewe’s Blue, St. Stephen and Trufflebert cheeses; then on to Cooperstown for Toma Celena; and finally, to Ithaca where we top it all off with apiary-fresh honey -- an amazing assortment of cheeses of varying milk types and textures as well as two cured and aged meats and a luscious honey -- all without leaving your driveway!

This collection includes one European-style baguette, Artisanal’s dried fruits and serves 12-16, but who would blame you if you chose to keep it all to yourself?
