Green Hill

An eight-time award winner at the American Cheese Society's Annual Conference, Green Hill is a pasteurized cow's milk, soft-ripened cheese with a buttery flavor, silky texture, and thin bloomy white rind. Produced in Georgia, this creamy, melt-in-your-mouth delight pairs well with Champagne or sparkly wine or a pale ale. 

Each cheese comes with a fromager note (describing the cheese with beverage pairing suggestions) and a cheese serving tag identifying its name, origin and milk type.
