Marieke Gouda is an award-winning raw cow's milk cheese produced on a Dutch family-owned farm in Wisconsin. It is carefully cured on imported Dutch pine planks in temperature- and humidity-controlled aging cellar for nine months, producing a rich, full flavor with caramel overtones.
