Chocolate Cherry Sourdough
Hemstrought’s Chocolate Cherry Sourdough Bread is baked in our Bongard oven giving it the perfect crisp outside and soft inside. The Chocolate Cherry loaf is decadent but not dense and is extremely popular during the holidays, on brunch tables, and pairs perfectly with cheeses like Brillat Savarin, Robiola Bosina, and Gorgonzola Cremificato.
Each loaf is about 1.5 pounds and serves 4-6 people.
Our bread is "par-baked" meaning partially baked. That means you'll need to pop them in the oven for 10 minutes. Enjoy the aroma of freshly-baked crusty bread that will waft through your home!
