USA Collection, 3 Cheeses
Three award-winning American cheeses. A full range of flavors and textures, all from the USA. We have paired these collections with one European-style baguette, mixed Artisanal dried fruit and a package of Artisanal Crackerthins.
The 3-cheese option serves 6-8 and features:
• Camembert, Hudson Valley - an award-winning blend of sheep's milk, cow's milk, and cow's cream. When young, the texture is semi-soft in the center of the cheese, becoming smoother and creamier just under the rind. It has a smooth and buttery flavor, almost like a very rich ice cream.
• Cheddar, 2-Year - extra aging allows our Artisanal Grand Cru Vermont Cheddar to release excess moisture, concentrating and focusing the flavors. The high butterfat content of the Jersey cow’s milk has a creaminess that balances its sharpness.
• Boujee Blue - a unique blue cheese produced in Upstate New York. Made from cow’s, sheep’s and goat’s milk, the combination of the three milks results in a softer and creamier paste and a ‘milkier’ taste on your palette as compared to traditional stronger blue cheeses.
Collections arrive packaged in the signature Artisanal Premium Cheese gift box.
Each cheese comes with a fromager note (describing the cheese with beverage pairing suggestions) and a cheese serving tag identifying its name, origin and milk type.
