Full-bodied, heady, flavorful craft beers are a perfect pairing for cheese.  Spend an afternoon sampling these exquisite cheeses with two exceptional beers and you'll soon realize that "wine" does not have a monopoly on cheese pairings. 

The Pub Collection includes a 1/2 lb wedge of each of the following four cheeses:

Heublumenkase-Coated with organic flowers and herbs yielding a grassy, slightly woodsy aroma, this organic cow's milk cheese from Germany begs for a frosty pint.   

Doubleday's Choice-Washed with hard apple cider while aging, this raw cow's milk cheese has a creamy paste with a remarkably sweet and fruity rind. 

Cheddar, Artisanal 2-Year-The high butterfat content of this Jersey cow’s milk cheese has a creaminess that balances the sharpness.

Gouda, 4-Year-A hard, rich cheese made from cow's milk with a butterscotch finish.

Saranac Pale Ale

A truly perfected American Pale Ale – light malt character, distinct hop profile (featuring Cascade, Chinook, and Citra), and an enticing crisp finish. A distinctive, easy-drinking, American classic.

Saranac Clouded Dream IPA 
A soft, hazy, and juicy IPA brewed with the fruitiest and most tropical Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops, imparting intense flavors of passionfruit, mango, guava, and pineapple. Flaked oats provide a silky-smooth mouthfeel that will leave your tastebuds in the clouds.

NOTE:   At this time, we can only ship the cheese and beer together in one box to residents of NEW YORK STATE and the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. Soon more states will follow. Shipments will go out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Each cheese comes with a fromager note (describing the cheese with beverage pairing suggestions) and a cheese serving tag identifying its name, origin and milk type.  Because our cheeses are cut by hand exact weights may vary slightly.  Items in this collection may be substituted at any time to ensure that the best product is being sent out.
