    O'Banon is a fresh goat cheese made in the hills of Indiana, wrapped in chestnut leaves that are soaked in Kentucky Woodford Reserve Bourbon.  Its texture is moist, dense and smooth; its flavor is fresh, light and citrusy.  An ideal pairing with Prosecco or Sauvignon Blanc.
