Syrian String Cheese

REAL NEW!  For the first time ever, Artisanal is making its own cheese.  Our fresh, hand-made Syrian String Cheese is a smooth, buttery and soft cheese. Made with cow’s milk curds, the cheese contains middle eastern spices and is then tightly braided after being hand-pulled to create the strings. 

To enjoy Syrian String Cheese, just twist it a bit to unwind ‘the strings’ and pull them apart into smaller pieces.  Syrian String Cheese can be enjoyed on its own but is outstanding on hand-crafted crostini made in our bakery having a slight garlic flavor.  We are excited – it’s that good!
