You will receive the following French Cheeses for the June 24th Event:
Beaufort: A cow's milk cheese produced in the French mountains. It is often called the Prince of Gruyeres and has a supple, off-white paste with a rich nutty flavor and fruity aroma lending to its hint of honey sweetness.
Ossau-Iraty: A classic sheep’s milk cheese from southern France to offer a comparison to cow’s milk cheeses to be enjoyed this evening.
Comté: The most popular cheeses in France, and it is claimed that there are more than 83 distinct flavors in Comté, including apricot, chocolate, butter, cream, and grilled bread.
Brie de Nangis: This cheese hails from Brie, just southwest of Paris, France, and is one of the milder, more buttery Bries.
Accompanying each shipment will be a sleeve of Artisanal Crackerthins, Dried Fruit, Cheese Display Tags and Fromager Notes describing each cheese.
