Lamb Chopper, is a very young sheep’s milk gouda, buttery and creamy in texture and packed with an intense aroma of fresh sheep's milk. Suitable for vegetarians looking for a cheese made with a non-animal rennet. Melts beautifully as a cooking cheese but is equally deliciously shaved over melon, mint, and prosciutto or toasted bread. Well-matched with fresh pears, grapes, and dried fruits. Pairs wonderfully with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Grigio.
