Anjou Bakery is located in the heart of the Wenatchee valley in North Central Washington between Leavenworth and Wenatchee. The bakery was founded by Heather and Kevin Knight in 1995 as a way to pursue their interest in healthy, artisanal foods. Anjou's Fruit Nut Crostini are created from handmade multigrain bread studded with nuts and dried fruit. The bread is sliced thin, toasted, and lightly sprinkled with a coarse sugar crystals. They are the perfect accompaniment to cheese or great by themselves.
