Manchego with Rosemary

Pronounced mahn-CHEH-goh

A much loved Spanish D.O. raw sheep's milk cheese, is made exclusively from the milk of sheep grazing upon the plains of La Mancha, the land of Don Quixote. Our Manchego with Rosemary is aged for 4-6 months and has a firm texture and an ivory colored rind speckled with chopped died rosemary. The nutty flavor is enhanced by the rosemary. Try pairing this cheese with light crisp whites and light to medium-bodied red wines.
