Guffanti’s Robiola Tre Latti is made using the milk of cows, sheep and goats thus inheriting the best flavor characteristics of each – creamy, rich and tangy.  Its thin, bloomy rind gives way to a paste of pale cream, smooth and spreadable that becomes runny with age.  A little bit of heaven on your cheeseboard.  Approximately 9 oz.
