It's official! Spring is here!
This year's Easter collection includes:
- Grassias - a lovely cheese crafted from a blend of fresh cow and goat milk.
- Jasper Hill Cheddar - all the characteristic texture of an English-style cheddar with the sweet caramel and milky flavors that sets it apart from other bandaged cheddars.
- Crus des Alpes - a pasteurized pressed cow's milk cheese from the Savoie region in the Alpes.
- Cabrales - a creamy, Spanish blue cheese made with cow, sheep and goat's milk exclusively from herds raised in a small zone in the mountains of Asturias, Spain.
- Dried Fruit
- Butter Cookies
Each cheese comes with a fromager note (describing the cheese with beverage pairing suggestions) and a cheese serving tag identifying its name, origin and milk type.
