Roth Private Reserve
Made in the rolling hills of Wisconsin, Roth’s Private Reserve is made in small batches in traditional copper vats and cellar-aged for more than six months. Its paste is dense and smooth with fine crystals lending a crunch to its subtle tangy flavor which gives way to rich honey and butterscotch notes.
Each cheese comes with a fromager note (describing the cheese with beverage pairing suggestions) and a cheese serving tag identifying its name, origin and milk type.
