    Kunik Button

Kunik Button is a decadent wheel of a bloomy, white rind goat's milk cheese enhanced with cow's cream. The paste is moist; the flavor is tangy and buttery. Pairs wonderfully with Champagne or other sparkling wines.  Each cheese is about 10 ounces.

    Fourme d'Ambert

Fourme d'Ambert is a rich and creamy cow milk blue from the Auvergne region of France. It has a thin, yellowish rind mottled with sandy molds. Its interior is bone white with distinctive bluing. Although its scent is very earthy, Fourme d'Ambert has a creamy, mild flavor with a slight nutty finish. The paste is both soft and smooth. Try this cheese with sweet Sauternes as a dessert course or as a light meal accompanying a salad and slice of crusty bread. Please note: Because our cheeses are cut by hand exact weights may vary slightly.

    Uplands Pleasant Ridge

Uplands Pleasant Ridge is one of the most exquisite farmstead cheeses made in America. The product of Wisconsin's Mike Gingrich, this multiple award-winning cheese is a wonderful rival to France's noble mountain cheese, Beaufort. Uplands Pleasant Ridge has a nutty, clean flavor and a milky finish that shows off the extremely high quality of the cow's milk. Its rich, dense and balanced flavors pair well with many wines: from Albariños to Zinfandels.

    Pont l'Evêque

Pont l'Evêque is a washed-rind cow's milk cheese made in Normandy. It is similar to Livarot with warm, buttery, savory flavors and tangy, fruity undercurrents. Legend has it that Pont l'Evêque was introduced by monks in the Pays d'Auge during the Middle Ages; it was known by its current place-name by the seventeenth century. With its mild, milky, and grassy flavors, Pont l'Evêque is a prime example of the very high quality of French washed-rind cheeses. Each cheese weighs about 8 ounces.

Each cheese comes with a fromager note (describing the cheese with beverage pairing suggestions) and a cheese serving tag identifying its name, origin and milk type.
