Welcome Spring Collection-Grande
It's official! Spring is here! Usher it in with beautiful red tin full of goodies. This spring's grande collection features 5 cheeses that are an assortment of creamy and delicious-ness paired with sweet wildflower honey, Artisanal dried fruits, and Artisanal Crackerthins.
- Beaufort - a lovely cheese crafted from a blend of fresh cow and goat milk.
- Brillat Savarin - all the characteristic texture of an English-style cheddar with the sweet caramel and milky flavors that sets it apart from other bandaged cheddars.
- Camembert, Hudson Valley - a pasteurized pressed cow's milk cheese from the Savoie region in the Alpes.
- Ubriaco Prosecco - A raw cow's milk cheese maturied with Prosecco grape must (skins) emitting a delicate aroma of the wine and a delightfully complex finish.

Crus des Alpes - Subtle and moist in texture, it ha a slight flowery sweet tastes.
All packaged in Artisanal's signature red tin.
Each cheese comes with a fromager note (describing the cheese with beverage pairing suggestions) and a cheese serving tag identifying its name, origin and milk type.
