Wyfe of Bath

Made with organic cow’s milk, Wyfe of Bath has a soft light caramel color, a firm rind and a nutty, creamy, buttery center. While its taste may change slightly with the seasons, it is always sweet and rich, and reminiscent of buttercup and summer meadows.  

Each cheese comes with a fromager note (describing the cheese with beverage pairing suggestions) and a cheese serving tag identifying its name, origin and milk type.
