The Artisanal CheeseClock® is a great way to learn how to enjoy cheese. Included are four cheeses - a Mild, Medium, Bold, and a Strong - representing a cheese from each quarter of the CheeseClock®. It's the easiest way to compose a well-balanced, delicious cheese plate and ensure you and your guests enjoy a variety of flavors, textures, and milk types.  We included Artisanal Crackerthins to round out your experience.

Each cheese comes with a fromager note (describing the cheese with beverage pairing suggestions) and a cheese serving tag identifying its name, origin and milk type.

Items in collection may be substituted at any time to ensure the best product is being sent out.
