Goat Camembert
Goat Camembert
Goat Camembert is a lovely cheese crafted in the Capital District of Upstate New York. Within these bloomy-rind rounds is a luscious tangy paste with a buttery finish. It is a versatile cheese partner for many wines, particularly the lighter varieties. Try one of these lovelies with a Sancerre or Pouilly-Fumé. If beer is your preference, a Berliner Weisse or other wheat beer will do nicely.
