Toma Celena

Named after the first person to sample it, love it and buy it, Toma Celena is a nutty and rich Italian-style table cheese from Upstate New York. Its texture is semi-hard with a natural rind that is nutty and fragrant. Its lingering flavor is complex, hinting of toasted grains, apples and caramelized milk and is bold enough for a meaty red wine or a spicy brew.
