Thunderstorm

Thunderstorm is a luscious, aromatic mountain cheese with an exceptionally creamy texture. Its strongly aromatic flavor arises from a combination of fermentation and brine.  Made of raw cow’s milk, this semi-hard cheese has a golden wash-rind and a smooth ivory paste.

Each cheese comes with a fromager note (describing the cheese with beverage pairing suggestions) and a cheese serving tag identifying its name, origin and milk type.
