Cremont
Cremont
Named for the "Cream of Vermont," Cremont is a mixed-milk cheese made from local cow's milk, goat's milk, and a hint of Vermont Cream. It has a delicate, crinkly rind and a luxuriously smooth paste. Its flavor is slightly tangy with hints of crème fraîche, hazelnuts, and butter. Pair this gem with a Sauvignon Blanc or a citrusy ale.
