This collection includes a European-style baguette, a crusty loaf of our own Cheese bread. and a 1/2 lb wedge of each of the following cheeses:
• Fourme d'Ambert
• Jasper Hill Cheddar
Each cheese comes with a fromager note (describing the cheese with beverage pairing suggestions) and a cheese serving tag identifying its name, origin and milk type. Because our cheeses are cut by hand exact weights may vary slightly. Items in this collection may be substituted at any time to ensure that the best product is being sent out.
