The Discovery Collection is the perfect way to become acquainted with an array of cheeses from all over the United States and Europe.

Our cheese experts assemble a range of cheeses with different milk types and styles to offer a delightful culinary experience.

Our Discovery Collection adds the element of surprise as every box is different. Cheeses are picked to perfectly complement each other at the time of ordering.

Each collection will consist of approximately two pounds of various cheeses to serve 8 people, a European-style baguette, and a crusty loaf of our own Cheese bread.

Each cheese comes with a fromager note (describing the cheese with beverage pairing suggestions) and a cheese serving tag identifying its name, origin and milk type.
