    I discovered Artisanal Cheeses at a wine and cheese tasting, and although I don’t remember the wines particularly, I was dazzled by the Artisanal Cheeses. They were fabulous, and I’m now ordering more for gifts. Something that’s working particularly well for me is, I have relatives who were originally from Italy and also from  the Netherlands, and it makes such a hit when I send them a selection of cheeses from their country of origin. But I’m also ordering American cheeses, since it’s a chance to help our struggling US cheesemakers, in addition to getting a superior product. BTW, I have no connection with the cheese industry. My family is in the chicken business.
